These city scapes are really neat done with the pulled paint method. I also looked at the ones you have done earlier and I am in love with those castles too. I have a few questions for you. Do they do it from a long ribbon at the bottom of the page and drag it up with the edge of a cardboard square? Is it tempera paint or acrylic?
We first put the paint in long streams at the bottom and the students pull the paint towards them using mat board. I have used acrylic and tempera and the acrylic was a little harder to add details on top of. Hope this helps!!
Wow! These are the best pulled paint cities I have seen on the blogs. Your students did an amazing job and so detailed!
ReplyDeleteThank you! This is the first time I have done this with a cityscape and I was very pleased with their finished results!!
