Leaf Prints

Searching for a way to change up leaf prints I came across an assignment that included lines. If it was yours please let me know and I will make note of it here. Third grade was given the assignment and the results were beautiful!!!

I found the blog where I saw leaves with lines:

  2. Thanks! We created leaf prints by painting the leaves with white tempera paint and rolling with brayers. The next class students chose warm or cool colors plus white to add thick lines (like paint) around each individual leaf with oil pastels. Once they began connecting they could continue around the entire shape. If you need more info email me at smaynard@masd.info and I can get that to you.
