Does anyone have any idea why it will not let me comment on other blogs?
I receive the message that I do not have access and to log in with another account?

Basically, it seems it is a problem for those of us who use (or in my case, used) Internet Explorer for our browser. Switching to Mozilla Firefox cured the problem for me and was an easy switch. Someone else fixed the problem with a switch to Google Chrome.
I used to use IE (internet explorer) but switched to Mozilla because I couldn't join any blogs. You can try it and see. I won't change anything unless you make it your default browser. Good luck
