Clay Dinos

Second grade began their clay dinosaurs and they turned out great!!! Now starts the long drying process!!

    I'm doing clay dinos after my current lesson with my third graders! Did you do anything with the bodies that are thicker than a couple inches? Or are you just waiting a really long time to dry them out...

    Some of them are a little thick. I will let them dry 2 weeks and then fire on slow. Have had pretty good luck so far!

    My 2nd graders did clay dinosaurs this year as well. I really like how you used a small slab for a base. Good idea!
