Monochromatic Paintings

Fifth grade students began these art works by first finding and then drawing everyday objects. Next they used rulers to break their drawings up into more shapes. We reviewed tints, tones, and shades and then turned their drawings into  monochromatic painitings (Using any shade, tint, or tone of one color).
